Job Title: Procurement Officer

Location: Ogombo Road, Ajah - Lagos

Job Summary

• As the Procurement Officer, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing pharmaceutical products, medical supplies, and operational materials while ensuring cost efficiency, supplier reliability, and compliance with pharmaceutical procurement standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of pharmaceutical products, medical consumables, and operational supplies from approved vendors
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector
• Prepare purchase orders, monitor delivery timelines, and ensure timely supply of required materials
• Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor documentation, and cost reports
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with regulatory standards and company procurement policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or related fields
• Minimum of 2 years procurement experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
• Professional certification such as CIPS or Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply Management of Nigeria (CIPSMN) is an advantage
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and cost control skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement management systems.

Salary
N300,000 monthly.
