We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Procurement Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure raw materials, packaging materials, and operational supplies.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships to ensure reliability and cost effectiveness.
• Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company procurement policies.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and production teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and contract terms with vendors.
• Track and ensure timely delivery of purchased goods and resolve supply issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier documentation, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of procurement experience, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement or ERP systems.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
