Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Events and Hospitality)

Location: Isolo, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist clients with event bookings, service information, and pricing details.
• Coordinate with the events and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Maintain accurate customer records, bookings, and service requests.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Maintain high service standards consistent with the hospitality industry.

Requirements

• 2 – 4 years of experience in customer service within the event planning or hospitality industry.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must be excel proficient.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 / month
