We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Video Creator (Football Focus)

Location: Fully Remote in Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time Remote (Must stay active and reachable on our collaboration tools during work hours)./
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM daily (9 hours work + 1 hour break).
Rest Days: 5 days off per month

Role Overview & Core Responsibilities

• Monitor Live Matches: Active monitoring of major leagues (EPL, Champions League, NPFL) and high-traffic games.
• Speed is Key: When major events happen (goals, red cards, last-minute wins), produce a 10–15 second reaction video within 50 minutes to catch the algorithm wave.
• Viral Hooks: Use emotional hooks (memes, sound effects) and clear CTA overlays to drive traffic immediately.
• Daily Proof: Create daily “Winner Spotlight” videos using winning ticket screenshots provided by the Promoter team.
• Localized Vibe: Animate these tickets with trending Nigerian music (Afrobeats/Street Hop) and engaging captions.
• Goal: Emphasize real winnings and community success to build trust.
• Reduce Support Stress: Produce clear, 30-second screen-recording tutorials with simple English instructions:
  • How to Deposit (e.g., via OPay/PalmPay)
  • How to Cash Out
  • How to Book a Bet
  • How to Claim Bonuses

Performance Metrics (How we measure success)

• Engagement Rate: Comments, Likes, and Reactions.
• Virality: Shares, Saves, and Viral Reach Ratio.
• Conversion: Click-through rate (CTR) on attached links.
• Growth: Follower growth attributed to video content.

Hiring Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years of professional video editing experience.
• Platform Mastery: Experience with TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts is preferred.
• Tool Proficiency: Must be proficient in at least 2 tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Algorithm Knowledge: Deep understanding of the short-form algorithm (3-second hook, beat drops, CTA placement, 9:16 vertical format).
• Skills: Strong aesthetic sense, storytelling, and audio processing (noise reduction, music syncing, voice-overs).
• Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced sports environment.
• Preferred: Prior experience in the betting, sports, or entertainment industries.
• Portfolio: Must provide a link to 1 of these listed: Behance, Vimeo, YouTube, Google Drive, or TikTok and Must provide a headshot photograph of yourself and date of birth.

• Salary: $200 (Probation) | $230 (Confirmed).
