12 Basket Foods is a Premium Nigerian catering brand specializing in small chops, finger foods, and event catering.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Developer 

Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, markets, and distribution channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients.
• Promote company products and negotiate business agreements with prospective partners.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Prepare and present business proposals and sales reports to management.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement growth strategies.
• Monitor sales performance and recommend strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Represent the company in business meetings, trade events, and client engagements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and other business productivity tools.
