We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate accounting transactions in line with company policies.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment tracking.
• Reconcile bank statements, sales records, and general ledger accounts.
• Monitor inventory-related financial records and cost of goods sold.
• Prepare periodic financial reports and support month-end closing activities.
• Assist in budgeting, financial analysis, and variance reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 2 - 4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Professional certification.
