Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

About the Role

• The Supply Chain Manager to oversee the end-to-end coordination of procurement, logistics, warehousing, and inventory control for our onshore and offshore operations.
• The ideal candidate will ensure cost efficiency, timely deliveries, and compliance with client and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support operations across field locations and QSR outlets.
• Supervise procurement, warehouse, logistics, and inventory teams to ensure operational efficiency.
• Negotiate vendor contracts, manage supplier performance, and ensure adherence to QHSE and ISO standards.
• Plan and monitor material movement from purchase through to delivery and usage.
• Work closely with Finance, Operations, and QHSE units to ensure accountability and documentation integrity.
• Drive ERPNext utilization for supply chain tracking, budgeting, and reporting.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. or HND in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields
• 7 - 10 years relevant experience, preferably in catering, hospitality, or oil & gas.
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and MS Excel reporting.
• Membership of CIPSMN or similar professional body is an advantage.
