Job Summary

• Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee and manage all HR operations.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing recruitment processes, improving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations while supporting the company’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes
• Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
• Design and implement performance management systems and employee development programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Manage payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR documentation
• Foster a positive workplace culture that supports productivity and employee engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years experience in HR management or a similar role
• Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI) is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Must be female and preferably reside within or close to Sangotedo.

Salary
N300,000 Monthly.
