Eko Maintenance Limited is a rapidly growing Facility Management Company that specializes in the maintenance of high-rise building facilities with an office located in Victoria Island, Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Civil Engineer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and maintenance of infrastructure project.

Responsibilities

• Manage, supervise, and coordinate a 10-man team that specializes in construction and finishing.
• Maintenance of high-rise buildings
• Ensure that the structure is safe, stable and meet engineering standards
• Installation of aluminum/glass, finishing of doors and windows partition.
• Monitor maintenance work and distribute tasks to subordinates accordingly.
• Contractor management such as contractor sourcing, pricing and tendering to completion.

Relevant work experience/Qualifications

• Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or an associated field is an additional advantage).
• 4 – 6 years relevant work experience.
• Must have hands on experience in finishing buildings and construction.
• Knowledge and proficiency in industry-specific software, like AutoCAD Civil 3D, and other computer-aided design software..
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: N270,00-N300,000 monthly
• HMO Coverage
• Pension.
