Job Summary

• They are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations and support a high-performing sales-driven workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Strengthen organisational culture and employee engagement.
• Drive HR initiatives that improve staff motivation and productivity.
• Oversee talent acquisition and workforce planning.
• Implement performance management systems and HR policies.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian Labour Law and HR best practices.

Requirements

• BSc / HND in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
• HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, PHRi) is an advantage.
• 3–5 years HR experience, preferably supporting sales or fast-paced teams.
• Good knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and HR processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with HR software or HRIS tools.

Salary
N400,000 – N500,000 Monthly.
