Job Summary

• We are seeking a professional, courteous, and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
• The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, handle administrative support tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day office coordination while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails, letters, and packages
• Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper sign-in procedures are followed
• Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
• Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
• Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the organization’s services
• Coordinate courier services and deliveries
• Support office supply management and inventory tracking
• Assist with basic data entry and record keeping tasks.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
