Job Title: HR Operations Manager

Responsibilities
Operational Oversight:

  • Supervise daily hotel operations across multiple departments.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between front office, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance.
  • Monitor service standards and guest satisfaction levels.
  • Implement operational policies and procedures to maintain consistency.

Workforce & Scheduling:

  • Manage staff scheduling to meet peak demand periods.
  • Oversee timekeeping, attendance, and shift rotations.
  • Support recruitment and training of operational staff.
  • Drive employee engagement and reduce turnover in high-demand role

Guest Experience

  • Ensure prompt resolution of guest complaints and service issues.
  • Collaborate with department heads to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements.

Compliance & Safety:

  • Ensure adherence to hospitality regulations, health, and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities and operations.
  • Support audits and maintain compliance documentation.

Financial & Reporting:

  • Monitor operational budgets and control costs.
  • Track KPIs such as occupancy rates, revenue per available room (RevPAR), and guest satisfaction scores.
  • Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4+ years of operations management experience in hotels, resorts, or restaurants.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality service standards and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage large, diverse teams with rotating shifts.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
