Job Summary

• We are recruiting an experienced Property Manager for a reputable real estate development and property management company with a portfolio of premium residential apartments in Victoria Island, Lagos.
• This role is ideal for a proactive and commercially minded professional who can oversee property operations, maintain high asset standards, and ensure strong tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management of luxury residential properties
• Ensure buildings are maintained to premium standards
• Manage leasing activities and occupancy levels
• Build strong tenant relationships and resolve issues promptly
• Supervise vendors, maintenance projects, and service providers
• Monitor budgets, rent collection, and financial performance

Requirements

• Degree in Estate Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• 4–7+ years’ experience in property or facilities management
• Experience managing luxury residential properties
• Strong tenant management, negotiation, and financial management skills
• Good understanding of real estate operations and property regulations.
