Job Summary

  • We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee daily HR operations within our hospitality business.
  • The ideal candidate must be highly operational and capable of managing HR processes, workforce coordination, and administrative functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
  • Manage staff records, attendance, and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation.
  • Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Monitor employee performance and assist with staff management.
  • Handle workplace issues and support conflict resolution.
  • Ensure smooth workforce operations within the hospitality environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR operations or HR management.
  • Strong operational and administrative management skills.
  • Good understanding of HR policies and staff management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Must reside within or close to Governors Road, Ikotun.
  • Candidate must be strongly operations-focused.
