Job Title: Corrosion Control Lead
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Analyze the various corrosion processes of materials in different environments and provide mitigations for them.
- Champion the development, recommendations and implementation ofcorrosion systems within the office environment andour work locations.
- Develop and conduct regular inspections and tests on all corrosive materials and ensure the integrity of such materials.
- Maintain and provide whenever needed, a comprehensive record of all interventions and also prepare technical reports.
- Liaise and coordinate with other departments for corrosion mitigation strategies.
- Monitor the different procedures of corrosion materials and minimize the corrosion rates.
- Provide technical advice on all corrosion control measures.
- Represent the Company for discussions involving corrosion issues with technical presentations.
- Stay in tune with new development and techniques in the field of corrosion engineering.
