Job Summary

• The Operations & Logistics Manager will oversee logistics coordination, supply chain management, and operational efficiency across the company’s service network.
• The role involves managing shipments, vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage logistics operations including shipping, delivery coordination, and freight management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with logistics partners and service providers.
• Monitor supply chain processes to ensure efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Coordinate order fulfillment and delivery tracking systems.
• Implement operational strategies to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare operational reports and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management,Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
