Job Title: Administrative Officer
Location: Amuwo Odofin, Lagos
Job Summary
- We are seeking to recruit a proactive and organized Administrative Officer to support daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative activities of the office.
- Maintain proper documentation, records, and filing systems.
- Coordinate office supplies and ensure availability of necessary materials.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
- Prepare reports, memos, and other administrative documents.
- Support management with scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Liaise with internal staff and external stakeholders when required.
- Assist in monitoring office operations and ensuring efficiency.
Requirements
- HND/B.Sc in Business Administration or any related field with 2- 3 years experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
- Proximity to the Job location is key.
