Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Amuwo Odofin, Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking to recruit a proactive and organized Administrative Officer to support daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative activities of the office.
  • Maintain proper documentation, records, and filing systems.
  • Coordinate office supplies and ensure availability of necessary materials.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
  • Prepare reports, memos, and other administrative documents.
  • Support management with scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Liaise with internal staff and external stakeholders when required.
  • Assist in monitoring office operations and ensuring efficiency.

Requirements

  • HND/B.Sc in Business Administration or any related field with 2- 3 years experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
  • Proximity to the Job location is key.

Salary
N150,000 / Month.
