We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Office Assistant

Location: Jabi, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Contract

Summary

  • J. A.K Group is seeking a reliable and hardworking Office Assistant to support daily office operations.
  • The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining a clean office environment and perform errands and other duties as assigned by the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out general cleaning of the office environment to ensure a neat and organized workspace.
  • Assist with running official errands for the organization when required.
  • Support basic office administrative tasks when assigned.
  • Maintain cleanliness of office areas such as offices, restrooms, and common areas.
  • Assist with moving or arranging office materials and supplies when necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management or the organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum of SSCE/WAEC or equivalent qualification
  • Basic literacy and numaracy skills.
  • Staying close to Jabi is an added advantage
  • Good attitude toward work
  • Must be hardworking, responsible, punctual, reliable and trustworthy.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
