BT Health and Diagnostic Centre is an ultra-modern Diagnostic Center facility which provides Radiology and laboratory services at Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH), Ikeja Lagos.

BTHDC is a Public Private Partnership (PPP) between PPC Limited and Lagos State Government. PPC Limited is affiliated to Philips Medical System (PMS), a global leader in providing clinical management and diagnostic technology, and have been successful in transferring latest technology to the healthcare industry in Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Quality Management & Compliance:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the organization’s Quality Management System in line with applicable standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the development, review, and control of quality documentation, including policies, procedures, manuals, and work instructions.
  • Monitor quality indicators and process performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Lead management review meetings and coordinate quality improvement initiatives across departments.

Quality Control & Audits:

  • Oversee quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure the reliability and accuracy of diagnostic services.
  • Plan and conduct internal audits to assess compliance with established standards and operational procedures.
  • Document audit findings and ensure timely resolution of identified non-conformities.
  • Coordinate participation in external quality assurance and proficiency testing programs.

Operational Quality Oversight

  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and biosafety standards within the facility.
  • Monitor workflow processes and collaborate with relevant departments to maintain quality standards across operations.
  • Support equipment quality processes, including preventive maintenance schedules and documentation where applicable.

Incident Management & Continuous Improvement:

  • Manage the incident and complaint reporting process, ensuring proper documentation, investigation, and resolution.
  • Analyze trends from incidents, audits, and performance data to recommend operational improvements.
  • Work with departmental teams to implement quality improvement initiatives.

Training & Capacity Building:

  • Promote awareness of quality standards, compliance requirements, and best practices throughout the organization.
  • Stay informed about developments in quality management, accreditation standards, and industry best practices.
