Licensed by the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), to provide telecommunications deployment and installation services.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Field Network Engineer

Location: Oshodi and Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Install, configure, and commission telecommunications equipment such as antennas, wireless radios, routers/switches, cabinets, and power systems.
• Conduct site surveys, inspections, signal quality testing, and performance optimisation. Troubleshoot and resolve network issues quickly.
• Conduct site surveys, inspections, signal quality testing, and performance optimisation.
• Maintain and monitor network hardware/software, ensuring stability of internet services.
• Document work performed, prepare technical reports, logs, inventories, and compliance records.
• Collaborate with NOC teams and customer support to provide on-site technical support.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.

Requirements

• First Degree in Computer Engineering or any related discipline.
• 2 - 4 years of experience in the Telecommunication Sector.
• Training or Certifications in Wireless Radio Communication (Aviat, Dragon, Cambium, and MikroTik).
• Strong Oral and Written Communication.
