Position Summary

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical/ Electronic Maintenance Manager to oversee the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of electrical/electronic systems within our South East and South South manufacturing operations.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and compliant electrical/electronic infrastructure that supports continuous production and minimizes downtime.
  • This role demands strong technical expertise, hands-on troubleshooting ability, a proactive approach to preventive maintenance and energy efficiency, and leadership that drives team results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, install, and maintain electrical systems for process equipment, utilities, and control systems.
  • Conduct power system studies, load calculations, and energy audits.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., IEC, NEC, API, OSHA) and local regulations.
  • Troubleshoot electrical faults and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with instrumentation and automation teams for integrated system performance.
  • Supervise contractors and vendors during electrical installations and upgrades.
  • Develop and maintain electrical/electronic documentation including schematics, wiring diagrams, and maintenance logs.
  • Support capital projects and plant expansions with electrical engineering input.
  • Implement and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Drive energy efficiency initiatives and support sustainability goals.
  • Drive and mobilize team and subordinates to always achieve set targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant manufacturing environments with minimum of 3 as Team Lead/Managerial position.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP, PLC systems,CMMS platforms, AC/DC Drives & Electronic Cards.
  • Strong knowledge of hazardous area classifications and explosion-proof equipment.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with ISO 50001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards is an advantage.

Remuneration
Above industry standard.
