We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Field Sales Merchant

Locations: Oshodi - Isolo / Surulere -Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time (Hybrid)

Job Summary

• We are seeking energetic and self-motivated Field Agents to engage customers, promote products /services, and drive business growth within assigned territories.
• The ideal candidate will work in the field, build strong customer relationships, and achieve set targets.

 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers within assigned territory (Oshodi-Isolo / Surulere-Yaba)
• Promote and sell products/services to individuals and businesses
• Conduct door-to-door marketing and field campaigns
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Gather customer feedback and market intelligence
• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Prepare daily and weekly activity reports
• Attend team meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND
• Maximum age of 35 years
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Familiarity with Oshodi-Isolo and Surulere-Yaba areas is an advantage
• Good customer service orientation
• Basic smartphone proficiency
• Previous field sales or marketing experience is an advantage.
