Reports To: Group Head, South East

Position Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive with good and versatile field experience for our South East and South South Markets.
• The Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth, market expansion, and customer relationship management for ourCompany’s domestic and industrial plastic products.
• The role involves identifying new markets, developing customer accounts, ensuring consistent product visibility, and meeting sales targets in line with the company’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achievemonthly revenue and volume targetsfor domestic and industrial plastic products.
• Identify, prospect, and secure new retail, wholesale, and industrial clients to expand the company’s customer base.
• Grow distribution channels and increase product penetration across assigned territories. 
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction, repeat business, and retention.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules with clients whilemaintaining profitability and company pricing policies.
• Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and track industry trends.
• Promote products through client visits, demonstrations, trade fairs, and marketing campaigns while professionally representing the company.
• Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses while collaborating with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications& Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or other relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing and Sales.
• Strong knowledge of the plastic market within South East and South South regions of Nigeria. 
• Excellent analytical, communication, project management and Marketing report writing skills.

Remuneration
Above Industry Standard.
