Position Summary

  • The role offers attractive commission earnings and flexible work structure for high-performing sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market and sell the company’s estate plots and landed properties across designated territories in  South Eastern Nigeria.
  • Identify, prospect, and close deals with individual buyers, investors, and corporate clients.
  • Develop and maintain a strong client pipeline through field marketing, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct site inspections, presentations, and property demonstrations for prospective buyers.
  • Negotiate and close sales while ensuring compliance with company pricing and sales policies.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support to encourage referrals.
  • Promote the company’s estates through digital platforms, exhibitions, and local marketing campaigns.
  • Submit periodic sales reports, leads updates, and market intelligence to Management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, Mass Communication, or other relevant discipline.
  • 3 years and above proven experience in Real estate marketing, land sales, or property brokerage.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of property markets within South Eastern Nigeria.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve aggressive sales targets.
  • Must possess strong networking and client relationship management skills.
