Job Title: Business Development Manager 

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Kwara, Oyo and Rivers

Job Brief

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new market opportunities, and building strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • You will be the face of Bespoke Urban Luxury Limited, tasked with expanding our customer base and ensuring we dominate the local market.

Responsibilities
Business Growth & Strategy:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within Ibadan and the surrounding regions.
  • Conduct market research to analyze local trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets and expand market share

Sales & Client Relationship Management:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and corporate clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Ensure excellent post-sales support and manage customer feedback to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Brand & Market Representation:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral and campaigns that resonate with the local audience.

Reporting & Administration:

  • Maintain an accurate record of all sales activities and client interactions in a CRM system.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales pipeline, conversion rates, and performance against KPIs for management.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 - 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within real estate.
  • Track Record: Demonstrable history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
