We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Kwara, Oyo and Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Generate and follow up on leads through networking, referrals, marketing campaigns, and site visits.
  • Market and promote company properties to prospective buyers and investors.
  • Conduct property inspections and site tours with clients.
  • Negotiate prices and terms of sale between the company and clients.
  • Prepare and manage sales documentation and agreements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available properties, pricing, and market trends.
  • Meet or exceed assigned weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
  • Represent the company professionally at all times.

Salary
N150,000 - N400,000 monthly.
