Loan Collection Officer at Blue Connect Technology - 6 Openings

Blue Connect Technology is a professional collection service provider that deals with helping various loan agencies in retrieving back their bad-loans as fast and effectively as possible.

We make calls to customers to pay their outstanding debts, Send messages to customers, Guide customers through the payment process, Persuade reluctant customers to make payment promptly, Meet weekly and monthly targets, Give proper and correct report of work.

We build a professional team with experienced collectors for every loan agency, using SMS, calls, emails, various social media platforms to remind and encourage overdue customers to make repayments.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Loan Collection Officer

Locations: Fagba, Salolo, Iju Ishaga, Egbeda, Ogba and Ojodu Berger - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers on outstanding loan repayments
• Contact clients via phone calls, messages, etc.
• Negotiate repayment plans with defaulting customers
• Maintain accurate records of collections and customer interactions
• Meet daily and monthly collection targets
• Submit regular reports to the supervisor
• Ensure professionalism and compliance with company policies

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: SSCE / NCE /OND / HND / B.Sc holders are welcome
• Must be a resident of Lagos State
• Experience is an added advantage, but not compulsory
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to meet targets
• Basic smartphone knowledge.

Salary
N60,000 - N75,000 per month.
