Role Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced and proactive Business Manager to oversee daily salon operations, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer experiences.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, customer management experience, and the ability to manage staff and operations efficiently in a fast-paced beauty business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business
  • Drive sales, upselling hair products and services to meet monthly revenue targets
  • Manage customer relationships, handle inquiries, complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Supervise salon staff, manage schedules, attendance, and performance
  • Ensure excellent service delivery and maintain brand standards at all times
  • Track sales performance, customer feedback, and prepare basic reports
  • Manage inventory of hair products, tools, and supplies
  • Implement strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales and customer management (beauty, retail, or service industry preferred)
  • Previous experience managing a salon, retail store, or similar business is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Basic knowledge of sales tracking and reporting
  • Must be reliable, organized, and customer-focused.

Salary
N200,000 / month
