We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Site Supervisor

Location: Kwall Farm, Plateau
Department: Farm Operations
Reports To: Operations Manager
Reporting Protocol: All reports submitted to the Operations Manager with the CEO copied (CC)

Job Summary

  • The Site Supervisor oversees daily farm operations, staff coordination, and operational discipline to ensure farm activities run efficiently and in accordance with farm SOPs and production plans.

Description

  • The Site Supervisor manages day‑to‑day farm activities including supervision of workers, monitoring of operations, enforcement of SOPs, and reporting of farm activities to management.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily farm operations and staff activities.
  • Ensure all staff follow approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Monitor farm productivity and operational performance.
  • Coordinate feeding, sanitation, and general farm maintenance activities.
  • Maintain operational records and reports.
  • Monitor farm assets and report operational issues.
  • Verify deliveries before the Storekeeper takes custody of items.
  • Submit operational reports to the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Animal Science, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 2 - 4 years experience in farm operations or agricultural management.

Requirements:

  • Ability to supervise farm staff effectively.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in farm environments.
  • Strong discipline and operational accountability.
