Job Title: Global Career Coach

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Remote (Nigeria-based with global client reach))

Key Responsibilities
As a Global Career Coach, you will:

• Deliver one-on-one and group coaching sessions on CV/LinkedIn optimization, interview preparation, global job search strategies, and career transitions.
• Support clients applying for visa sponsorship roles in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and beyond.
• Manage and grow our Discord-based career community, ensuring active engagement, peer learning, and professional development.
• Conduct assessments to identify client strengths and map them to in-demand career opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops and masterclasses on employability, international job markets, and professional branding.
• Track measurable client outcomes (CV completion, recruiter traction, interviews secured, job offers).

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of proven experience as a Career Coach, Employability Specialist, or Talent Development Consultant.
• Demonstrated success in helping professionals secure international jobs or visa-sponsored opportunities.
• Expertise in ATS-friendly CV writing, LinkedIn optimization, and interview coaching
• Experience managing or moderating online career communities (Discord, Slack, or similar).
• Familiarity with digital learning tools (Thinkific, Zoom, Google Workspace, etc.).
• Strong understanding of international labor markets and emerging industries.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and cultural sensitivity when coaching diverse professionals.
• Certification in Career Coaching or Counseling (ICF, CPC, NCDA, or equivalent) preferred.
