We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Architect / Interior Designer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and goals for their spaces.
• Create architectural and interior design plans that align with client requirements.
• Oversee the construction process to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
• Select materials, furnishings, and finishes that enhance the interiors.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project completion.
• Produce detailed drawings and 3D models using CAD software.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design solutions.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Professional license as an Architect is preferred.
• Proven experience in architectural and interior design projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
