We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Treasury Manager

Location: NASCON - HO

Job Summary

  • Support the Treasury team in executing treasury operations through cash forecasting, cash flow analysis, and preparation of reports and financial models.
  • Assist with treasury policy documentation, fund movement processes, and risk management activities, while developing knowledge of borrowing costs and overall treasury management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Implement strategies, operations and policies related to the Treasury function. Ensure treasury activities are in compliance with treasury policies and accounting guidelines.
  • Ensure all payments are paid as at when due.
  • Preparation of Daily and Monthly cost position and sales collection report.
  • Issuing of Fuel Vouchers for AGO
  • Custodian of Headquarters Cash Impress (Cashier)
  • Liaise with banks to resolve transaction issues, update mandates and obtain statements.
  • Provide general treasury support to Finance and other internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain good local relationships with bank representatives.

Qualification / Experience

  • HND/B.Sc. in accounting, Economics, or any related field
  • 5-8 years of experience in treasury operations and familiarity with corporate cash investments.
  • In-depth knowledge of Treasury & Finance Management.

Competence Requirements:

  • Good Accounting background and knowledge of banking transactions.
  • Effective analytical and financial modelling skills.
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills (oral and written).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Report writing and record keeping.
  • Analysis and Interpretation of results.
  • Ability to work without supervision.
  • Experience with database software, accounting systems, and expertise in Excel.
  • Proficiency in other standard office software: Outlook, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Operate with the highest degree of integrity.
  • Effectively accumulate and present data, verbally and in written form.
