Overview
- We are seeking a proactive HR & Admin Executive to support the day-to-day human resources and administrative operations of the organization.
- The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee relations, and administrative coordination while ensuring smooth office operations.
Responsibilities
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with employee engagement and HR initiatives
- Manage office administration and coordinate vendors
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR and administrative roles
- Good knowledge of HR processes and employee relations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
