Job Title: HR & Admin Executive

Location: Gwarimpa, Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Overview

  • We are seeking a proactive HR & Admin Executive to support the day-to-day human resources and administrative operations of the organization.
  • The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee relations, and administrative coordination while ensuring smooth office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment and onboarding activities
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist with employee engagement and HR initiatives
  • Manage office administration and coordinate vendors
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR and administrative roles
  • Good knowledge of HR processes and employee relations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
