Job Title: Marketing / Sales Executive
Location: Jabi, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Actively promote and market the company's real estate products
- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to meet company targets
- Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads
- Conduct property inspections and client site tours
- Manage client inquiries, provide professional advice, and maintain relationships
- Maintain records of sales activities and prepare weekly/monthly reports
- Represent the company at real estate events, expos, and networking opportunities
Qualifications/Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND or B.Sc in Marketing, Business Admin, or related fields with 1-3 years of experience in sales/marketing (real estate experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Ability to build trust and connect with high-net-worth individuals
- Must be based in Abuja or willing to relocate.
