Job Description
- We are seeking a highly creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Graphic & Branding Designer to lead all visual design and branding efforts across Innovasol Enterprise and its brands such as Rooted Journeys, Mom Trotter, Black Kids Do Travel, and The Dad Trotter, and others..
- This role is responsible for end-to-end creative execution, including graphic design, full brand identity development, digital and web visuals, UI/UX design support, marketing assets, and creative direction across campaigns and platforms. You will play a key role in shaping how our brands look, feel, and communicate visually.
- The Graphic & Branding Designer will work closely with Marketing, Content, Media, Web, Operations, and Leadership teams to support content creation, content calendars, campaigns, launches, and brand storytelling. This role requires someone who can think creatively, execute independently, and maintain strong brand consistency across multiple brands.
- You’ll shape how Innovasol looks and feels across all platforms. From full branding kits to campaign visuals, web graphics, and creative assets, this role is for a designer who understands branding deeply and can translate ideas into strong, consistent visuals across multiple brands.
Key Responsibilities
Branding & Visual Identity:
- Create full branding kits for brands and projects, including logos, typography, color systems, brand guidelines, and visual standards
- Develop and maintain consistent visual identities across all Innovasol brands
- Ensure brand integrity and consistency across digital, print, and marketing materials.
Graphic Design & Creative Production:
- Design and produce flyers, brochures, pitch decks, and promotional materials for campaigns, launches, and events
- Create branded graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertising
- Design merchandise, packaging, and mockups for products, events, and promotions
- Adapt and repurpose designs across print and digital formats.
Web & Digital Design:
- Design digital assets and layouts for websites and landing pages
- Support UI/UX design concepts to improve user experience and visual flow
- Collaborate with the Web & Digital Experience Manager to ensure cohesive design implementation.
Content & Campaign Collaboration:
- Work closely with Marketing, Content, and Media teams to support content creation and content calendars
- Contribute creative input to campaign planning, brand storytelling, and visual direction
- Support consistent creative execution across all platforms and brands.
Creative Direction & Asset Management:
- Maintain high standards for creativity, quality, and visual execution
- Stay updated on design, branding, and digital trends to keep visuals fresh and relevant
- Maintain an organized archive of all design files, brand assets, and templates.
Qualifications
- 4–5 years of professional experience in graphic design and branding
- Proven experience creating full branding kits (logos, typography, color palettes, brand guidelines)
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital design, campaigns, and promotional work
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva
- Experience designing for web, social media, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles and digital layout best practices
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Highly creative, detail-oriented, and organized
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
Key Requirements:
- Must be able to work in our Ikate / Lekki Phase 1 Office (Freedom Way)
- Some positions may transition to a hybrid schedule after a 3 month probation & demonstrated ability to work independently from home.
- Must have a flexible work schedule, and must be available to work US hours and weekends as needed.
- Must be creative, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
