Job Summary
- The Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the bank’s products and services.
- The role focuses on brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention, and supporting business growth objectives through effective marketing campaigns and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns aligned with the bank’s objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Organize promotional events, roadshows, and community outreach programs.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report performance.
- Collaborate with sales and deposit mobilization teams to achieve targets.
- Maintain marketing materials, social media presence, and public relations activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing within the financial services sector or microfinance.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, brand management, and community engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools.
