Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient business processes, manage staff, and help improve productivity and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily business operations
• Supervise and support operational staff
• Monitor performance and ensure operational targets are met
• Improve processes to increase efficiency and productivity
• Manage resources, budgets, and operational costs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in operations or management
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Salary
N450,000 per month.
