Job Description

  • We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Handler with sales experience to manage our online platforms and convert social media engagement into actual sales.
  • The ideal candidate should be skilled in content creation, customer engagement, digital marketing, and closing sales through social media channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business).
  • Create engaging content including posts, captions, short videos, and promotional materials.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, comments, and messages.
  • Promote company products/services and convert inquiries into sales.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Monitor industry trends and suggest creative marketing strategies.
  • Track and report sales generated from social media platforms.
  • Participate in inspection visits and content shoots when required.
  • Run and manage social media ads and Google Ads campaigns.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management.
  • Minimum qualification: ND, HND, or BSc.
  • Previous sales or marketing experience is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation apps.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be creative, proactive, and well-organized.
  • Must be presentable and professional.
  • Must be available to travel occasionally (about 30%).
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment.

Salary & Commission Structure

  • Base Salary: N150,000 per month (depending on experience).
  • Sales Commission: 2% – 10% commission on every successful sale.
  • Performance Bonus: Additional incentives for meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
