Job Title: Customer Support Officer

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Description

  • At Rentachef NG, we don’t just provide food; we provide an experience. As our Customer Support Officer, you are the "back end" engine of customer satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact for clients using our private chef and catering services.
  • We are seeking a talented Customer Support Officer to serve as the vital "back end" of our customer satisfaction engine. In this role, you will be the primary advocate for our clients, ensuring that every private chef placement and catering engagement meets the rigorous standards of the Rentachef NG brand.
  • You will manage the feedback loop, resolve service issues with diplomacy, and ensure our clients feel heard, valued, and pampered.
  • Your mission is to turn feedback into loyalty and ensure every culinary engagement meets our high standards.

Responsibilities

  • Actively follow up with clients after private chef home placements to gather detailed feedback on service, etiquette, and food quality.
  • Mediate and resolve client complaints or service hitches with empathy and speed, ensuring a "win-win" outcome for both the client and the company.
  • Analyze recurring feedback from clients to help the operations team improve our service delivery.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients through proactive check-ins.
  • Maintain a daily/weekly log of customer satisfaction levels and resolution statuses.

Educational Qualification

  • Recent graduate with B.Sc Degree in Hospitality, Mass Communication, English, Food Science, Marketing, or Economics with 1-2 years experience

Other Requirements:

  • Proximity to Lekki Phase 1, Lagos stateis desirable.

  • A good Communicator: You can handle a frustrated client with grace and a happy client with professional warmth.You possess the "soft touch" needed to handle different individuals. You are professional, discreet, and never rattled by high-pressure situations or demanding personalities.
