We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Abia, Borno and Kano
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration.

Distributor & Channel Management:

  • Manage and develop relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retail partners.
  • Monitor distributor performance and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Support distributors in stock planning, product availability, and market expansion.

Market Development:

  • Identify and open new retail outlets and key accounts.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor product visibility, pricing, and competitor activity.
  • Ensure proper merchandising and brand presence in stores.

Team & Field Operations:

  • Supervise sales representatives and field promoters within the area (if applicable).
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance monitoring for field teams.
  • Ensure proper execution of promotions and trade marketing activities.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Resolve customer issues related to product supply, pricing, or service.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
