We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Field Officer (Inventory Financing & Savings Mobilisation)

Location: Bwari Area Council, Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard traders and small business owners within the assigned market cluster.
• Support inventory financing processes and monitor repayment cycles.
• Encourage repeat inventory financing usage among reliable customers.
• Promote savings mobilisation through the company’s digital platform.
• Monitor customer activity and identify potential repayment risks.
• Build strong relationships with traders, market leaders, and community stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular field activity reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum of NCE or OND in any discipline.
• Must reside within or close to the assigned cluster/location.
• Comfortable working in a field-based sales and relationship management role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic smartphone literacy and ability to use mobile applications.
• Honest, reliable, and willing to learn.

Salary
N150,000 Monthly (Based on experience) + Performance Incentives
