Job Summary
- We are looking for someone who can generate corporate leads, close deals, create impactful corporate events, and drive revenue growth for the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new corporate clients and partnership opportunities
- Drive sales of HR consulting services, corporate training, recruitment services, and business events
- Develop and execute creative corporate events, training programs, and networking events that attract professionals and organizations
- Build strong relationships with HR managers, business owners, and corporate decision makers
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and partnership offers
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Promote company programs such as career expos, professional trainings, and corporate events
- Represent the company in corporate meetings, networking sessions, and industry engagements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- 3–5 years experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, Marketing, or Event Management
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to approach and close corporate clients
- Creative mindset for developing corporate events and professional programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools
- Must be confident, professional, and target-driven
