Originally specialised in underwater NDT and inspection of offshore drilling rigs, shipping vessels, platforms and FPSO for classification societies such as ABS, DNV, BV, Lloyds, etc. Since then, we have expanded our services to carry out all types of Offshore and Onshore construction, inspection, salvage, support and maintenance.

About the job

• The QHSE Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the company’s Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems to ensure compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
• The role involves maintaining QHSE documentation and management systems, conducting internal audits, monitoring operational processes, and implementing corrective and preventive actions to drive continuous improvement.
• The Coordinator ensures workplace safety by carrying out risk assessments, incident investigations, safety trainings, and enforcing proper safety practices.
• In addition, the role supports environmental compliance, prepares QHSE reports for management, and promotes a strong safety culture across the organization while providing guidance to operational teams and ensuring contractors and vendors adhere to the company’s QHSE standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or HND in Engineering, Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO 9001/14001/45001 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor.
• 3–5 years of experience in QHSE within oil & gas, marine, or engineering industry.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment, incident investigation, and ISO management systems.
