Customer Service Representative at B-Freedom Outsourcing

B-Freedom Outsourcing - We are a professional collection service provider dedicated to assisting loan institutions in swift and effection recovery of their bad-debt.

We make calls to customers to pay their outstanding debts, Send messages to customers, Guide customers through the payment process, Persuade reluctant customers to make payment promptly, Meet weekly and monthly targets, Give proper and correct report of work. We used use skilled and experienced recovery agents to support loan agencies, using multiple communication channels such as SMS, phone calls and emails to remnf and encourage customers to fulfil their repayment.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Ijaye, Abule - Egba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• Need to be a good communicator
• Able to handle emails from complaining customers
• Able to soothe dissatisfied customers through both verbal and written communication
• Should also be able to discuss the details of complaints over the phone and conduct customer surveys for company-arranged tasks.
• Work strictly to Customer Service.

Salary
N120,000 per month.
