B-Freedom Outsourcing is a professional collection service provider dedicated to assisting loan institutions in swift and effection recovery of their bad-debt. We make calls to customers to pay their outstanding debts, send messages to customers, guide customers through the payment process, persuade reluctant customers to make payment promptly, meet weekly and monthly targets, give proper and correct report of work.
We use skilled and experienced recovery agents to support loan agencies, using multiple communication channels such as SMS, phone calls and emails to remind and encourage customers to fulfil their repayment.
We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Loan Recovery Officer
Location: Lagos
Salary: N120,000 per month.
2.) Customer Service Representative
Location: Lagos
Salary: N120,000 per month.
3.) Loan Collection Officer
Location: Lagos
