Job Title: Key Account Manager

Responsibilities
- Manage existing key accounts.
- Acquire new key accounts.
- Generate, nurture and convert leads.
- Identity cross selling and upselling opportunities to deepen existing relationships.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that ensures organisational targets are achieved.
- Schedule periodic receipt of feedback from clients to ensure optimum client satisfaction.
- Provide periodic reports on sales outcomes.
- Carry out account planning activities to provide insights into clients’ accounts for decision making.
- Identify and coordinate sponsorship and thought leadership opportunities.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure the effective execution of client briefs and requests: design, digital marketing, social media team and so on as required.
- Liaise with external stakeholders: clients, partners, consultants, regulators, media houses and so on as required.
- Organise and anchor client pitch and review sessions.
- Coordinate the preparation of periodic client reports as agreed.
- Coordinate all client service-related activities: events, client visits and so on as required.
Requirements
Education:
- First degree in any Marketing, Business Management or other related social science course.
- Certifications and professional memberships will be an added advantage: ARCON, NIPR, CIM etc
Experience:
- 7-10 years’ experience in a marketing/advertising agency.
- Verifiable evidence of customer acquisition and management competency.
- Sound understanding of marketing and advertising.
- At least 5 years in client services in a marketing/advertising agency.
