Nutri K Limited - Is a subsidiary of Nutriset Group which was established to provide technical support in the specialized manufacturing, commercialization and distribution process of ready to-use food for the treatment and prevention of malnutrition in Nigeria.

Job Title: HR Operations Manager

Location: Kano

Role Overview

• The HR Operations Manager will oversee daily HR operations, ensure HRIS/ERP data accuracy, support payroll and benefits administration, maintain compliance with labour regulations, manage grievance processes, and ensure effective HR policy and document management.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
• 5–8 years HR operations experience (manufacturing or fast-paced environment preferred)
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, HRIS/ERP systems, payroll, and employee relations
• Fluency in English and Hausa.
