Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
- They are looking for a smart, friendly, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to manage client interactions and ensure an excellent customer experience from order placement to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, and walk-in clients
- Provide accurate information about products, pricing, fittings, and delivery timelines
- Process and track customer orders
- Follow up with customers regarding measurements, fittings, and order status
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and orders
- Support the sales and production teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in any relevant field
- 1–2 years' experience in customer service, preferably in fashion or retail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Good knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and basic computer use
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
Preferred Qualities:
- Friendly and well-presented personality
- Strong attention to detail
- Passion for fashion and customer experience
- Proximity to Lekki is preferred.
Salary
N150,000 per month.
