Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • They are looking for a smart, friendly, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to manage client interactions and ensure an excellent customer experience from order placement to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, and walk-in clients
  • Provide accurate information about products, pricing, fittings, and delivery timelines
  • Process and track customer orders
  • Follow up with customers regarding measurements, fittings, and order status
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and orders
  • Support the sales and production teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in any relevant field
  • 1–2 years' experience in customer service, preferably in fashion or retail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Good knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and basic computer use
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask

Preferred Qualities:

  • Friendly and well-presented personality
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Passion for fashion and customer experience
  • Proximity to Lekki is preferred.

Salary
N150,000 per month.
