Job Title: Operations Manager (Retail)

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Mode: Fully Onsite (Monday – Friday)

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Operations Manager (Retail) to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of our gift store. T
  • he ideal candidate will ensure operational efficiency, manage inventory and client orders, supervise store processes, and support business growth initiatives while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and high-quality customer service.
  • Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and coordinate timely replenishment and record-keeping.
  • Supervise staff and operational workflows to maintain productivity and operational standards.
  • Coordinate and manage bulk orders for clients, ensuring timely sourcing and delivery.
  • Support business growth initiatives and operational improvements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
  • Assist in creating social media content and managing customer inquiries across multiple channels (in-person and social media).

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail operations, store management, or business operations.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and operational management skills.
  • Ability to manage inventory, client orders, and daily workflows effectively.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience handling social media communication or content creation is an added advantage.
  • Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proximity to Lekki Phase 1 is highly important.
