We are currently recruiting experienced and motivated sales professionals to join our clients’ field sales operations.

Job Title: Van Sales Representative (VSR)

Locations: Mushin, Festac, Ijesha, Shomolu, Onipanu, Oshodi, and surrounding areas - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • We are a recruitment and field-force consulting firm specializing in building high-performing sales teams for leading alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage brands across Lagos and its environs.
  • We are currently recruiting driven, result-oriented, and experienced sales professionals to support distributor-led sales operations across multiple territories.

Role Overview

  • The Van Sales Representative will sell products directly to retailers, manage van inventory, execute daily sales routes, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
  • Visit existing and prospective customers within assigned routes
  • Manage van stock, product rotation, and safety compliance
  • Conduct product demonstrations and promotions
  • Submit daily sales and market reports.

Requirements

  • ND or equivalent qualification
  • 1 - 2 years sales experience (beverage/FMCG preferred)
  • Age: 25 – 45 years
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Physically fit to handle product loading/offloading
  • Provision of three (3) verifiable guarantors.

Compensation

  • Basic Salary: N90,000
  • Incentives: N80,000
  • Offload Assistant Allowance: N44,000.
